DZH type biomass wood boiler is a new type of high-efficiency, low-carbon and environmentally friendly boiler that uses biomass wood as fuel. It is mainly divided into biomass steam, biomass thermal oil furnace and hot water boiler. The main fuels for biomass wood boilers include wood, straw, rice straw, fuel wood, coconut shells, peanut shells, melon seed shells, corn cobs, beet pulp bark, and all other waste combustible crops that can be directly burned without additional processing. Coal combustion can also be used for dual-use. Its raw materials are widely distributed and the cost is low. The DZH steam boiler is a single drum vertical water fire tube shell boiler, and the combustion equipment is a movable grate. The water-cooled walls on both sides of the furnace are radiation heating surfaces, and the two wings of the furnace are convection heating surfaces. Threaded smoke pipes are arranged inside the boiler drum, and the convection heating surfaces are used. The furnace wall is made of refractory bricks, and the heat-resistant concrete pouring and compacting process is used. The outer side of the boiler main engine is a three-dimensional protective plate shell.

Characteristics of biomass boilers:

1. The boiler drum is composed of an arch shaped tube plate and a threaded smoke pipe, which changes the structure of the drum from a quasi steel body to a quasi elastic body, eliminates the tension support in the tube plate area, and reduces stress. The smoke tubes inside the tube sheet have been changed from two return loops to a single return loop, solving the problem of tube sheet cracking.

2. Due to the installation of a rising pipe row at the bottom of the drum, the dead water area at the bottom of the drum is eliminated, making it difficult for sludge to deposit. The high-temperature area of the drum can be well cooled, preventing bulging at the bottom of the drum.
