The vertical biomass pellet steam generator adopts a multi tube and multi pass design, with high combustion efficiency, a large capacity semi gasification combustion chamber, automatic air distribution combustion control, and a flue gas recovery device. The comprehensive fuel combustion efficiency can reach over 93%. The feeding system adopts advanced screw rotation driven feeding device, and the feeding is precise and adjustable in speed. Only the storage bin needs to be filled up in one go, and the automatic feeding adjustment saves time and effort without the need for special management, annual inspection, or professional furnace operators. The safety configuration has multiple protection devices such as pressure, water shortage, and safety valves, which display the operating status in real time to ensure stable, safe, and reliable operation of the boiler.

1. Adopting automatic water inlet method and optional variable frequency water supply, steam can be produced within 10 minutes from successful ignition, and the exhaust temperature is very low.

By adopting advanced combustion technology, biomass is input from the furnace door and burned on the grate. High temperature flue gas is flushed through horizontal water pipes in the furnace and enters the flue gas combustion chamber. Through high-temperature radiation, the flue gas and smoke are fully burned again, and the heat is fully absorbed and utilized before being discharged into the atmosphere.
